Welcome to QualityCare Dental. By booking an appointment, using our website, or receiving treatment at our clinic, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by QualityCare Dental in New Zealand.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Bookings are essential for all treatments and consultations.
Standard appointment time for promotional dental clean, exam and X-rays is 30 minutes, including:
- Professional clean
- Dental examination
- Necessary X-rays (if clinically required)
Patients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened appointments or rescheduling.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- A cancellation fee may apply if an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- Failure to attend a booked appointment without notice may also incur a fee.
4. Promotional Offers – Terms & Conditions
The following conditions apply to any promotional dental clean, exam, or similar advertised offers:
- Limit: 1 per user
- Subject to availability
- Bookings essential
- Not valid on weekends
- Appointment time is 30 minutes, including clean, exam and X-rays
- Valid for new and existing patients
- A cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24 hours
- Any further treatments required will incur additional charges and will be discussed with you before any work is undertaken
- If deep scaling, root planing or further periodontal treatment is required, this will need additional appointments and incur additional costs, which will be explained prior to treatment
- Not suitable for patients with periodontal disease
- Results may vary from person to person
- No refunds
- No cashback
- Not valid in conjunction with any other offer
- QualityCare Dental reserves the right to withdraw or amend any offer at any time without notice.
5. Treatment Plans & Additional Costs
- Any recommended treatment beyond an initial consultation will be explained clearly, including associated costs.
- Written treatment plans may be provided upon request.
- Patients must provide informed consent before treatment begins.
6. Payments
- Payment is required at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept approved payment methods as displayed at the clinic.
- For more extensive treatments, payment plans may be available (subject to approval).
7. Results Disclaimer
Dental outcomes vary depending on individual oral health, hygiene habits, and medical history.
While we aim to provide the highest standard of care, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
8. Website Use
